Imagine Contact Management Made Simpler
by Craig Richards
It's no wonder to me... that most technology news publications have been buzzing recently about CRM (customer relationship management) processes and software; during difficult economies, many of their readers are refocusing their energies back to their customers in search of an even more effective and impactful communications solution that, hopefully costs less and is simpler to implement throughout their organization.
(Extensive studies prove what we've already known for years from personal experience: the more difficult something is to use no matter how important the less likely we are to use it. It's understandable that, when the pressure is on for us to produce results, we don't want some poorly-designed software making us feel dumb!)
Ideally, we'd find the simplest way to manage information about our contacts and to be able to use that information to improve our communications. In other words, the Holy Grail of CRM.
"We've never seen such an extensive feature list as BigSender's, nor such
flexibility, ease of setup, and strong tech support (included in the license fee).
For the money, it's a steal!"
James E. Powell, Publisher
The Office Letter
Imagine if...
all your contact information is as close as any web browser, whether you're at the office, at home, at a client's office, over a cappuccino in a cybercafÈ, in a hotel room with internet access, in a plane over the Atlantic, or from anywhere else in the world.
your list is "portable" so your computer doesn't have to be.
all your clients, customers, prospects, vendors, suppliers, distributors, employees, staff, members, donors, fans, investors, students, teachers and subscribers, etc., can be "grouped" into one single list or separated into separate lists.
each of your contacts can access their own record anytime and keep their information up-to-date without you needing to do anything.
your website visitors can add themselves to your list anytime without you needing to do anything.
you can add as many "administrators" for each list as you want so you and anyone else you designate can login to search for or browse through your contacts or perform any other administrative tasks.
your list(s) can have a few dozen or a few million records, or any amount in between.
you can access your contact list any time, from anywhere to send a personalized message, announcement, bulletin or newsletter directly to one, some or all your contacts.
you simply check a box and your message is instantly published to your website so your visitors can read all your previously published messages.
a date-sorted index dynamically keeps track of published messages as they are added, modified or removed so your website visitors never click on any "dead links."
