Check Out BigSender's Latest Features
Though our popular contact manager and email/web publisher BigSender™ already ranks among the best web applications in its category, we continue its evolution with more powerful functions and easy-to-use features. Detailed below are highlights of some recent enhancements:
BigSender broadcasts are now significantly faster – Most installations of BigSender can now send well in excess of 40,000 personalized email messages per hour!
BigSender greatly expands support for multiple languages (Baltic, Central European, Chinese, Cyrillic, Greek, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Unicode, etc.) with a new "character set" Configurator setting which lets administrators select from among all character set standards that BigSender then uses for web browser pages and for BigSender-generated email messages.
We've added a special new CREDIT CARD Custom Field type that, upon add or modify tasks, BigSender checks to ensure only numbers are submitted by the subscriber. Only the last four digits of that field's value are displayed to the subscriber to help ensure security of sensitive data contained in that field.
We've added a special URL Custom Field type that upon submission of data to that field tests the web address submitted in that field for valid hyperlink syntax.
We've added a new "lock" option for all Custom Fields that prevents a subscriber from modifying information in a Custom Field set as "locked" once it contains data.
With BigSender's powerful new "advanced" Contact List Manager Configurator setting, list administrators can now mark any record as "unsubscribed," "ban," "bounced" or "fraud." Your subscribers can only remove the "unsubscribed" status (by re-subscribing) while only an administrator can restore a record to "valid" from another status. BigSender will only send email messages to records with a status of "valid."
We've added a new "date format" setting in the BigSender Configurator that lets you select which date format is used in BigSender: choose the mo/da/year (US Standard), da/mo/year (UK Standard) or year/mo/da (Internet Standard).
With the new "time zone" setting in the BigSender Configurator, an administrator can select the time zone for date-and-time displays in BigSender interfaces, emails and reports.
The BigSender "welcome" and "activator" web browser and email messages may now contain special BigSender personalization codes for more relevant messages to new subscribers.
We've added a new "popup width" and "popup height" Configurator setting that lets BigSender list administrators control the dimensions of the popup window which contains the results of tasks performed by your subscribers.
We've added a new "border width" Configurator setting that lets administrators set the width of the BigSender subscriber form's surrounding table border. "0" (zero) is an acceptable value for "no border" for even more flexibility and integration with your website's look and feel.
With the new "kill broadcast" button, list administrators can instruct BigSender to stop their current Broadcast Session.
