Bend, Oregon USA – Craig Richards LLC announces the release of a free update to its online contact manager and email/web publisher BigSender™ 3.80.
Current BigSender 3 licensees are encouraged to update free to take advantage of the following improvements in this release:
- BigSender's SMTP Authenticator feature is now enabled.
- When configured with a valid username and password, BigSender can now send messages in mailserver environments that require user authentication.
(This feature is considered public beta so that we can continue to verify functionality in the enormous variety of server environments in which BigSender is installed around the world.)
- The top three authentication protocols are supported:
- AUTH CRAM-MD5
- AUTH LOGIN
- AUTH PLAIN
- BigSender Bounce Manager is now better at detecting original recipient email addresses and is also better at matching bounce criteria parameters, resulting in greater overall reliability.
- Your browser window now conveniently scrolls by itself down to the most recent update in your report throughout a:
- BigSender Broadcast session
- BigSender Bounce Manager session
- BigSender List Cleaner session
- BigSender List Cleaner's reliability in some server environments has been improved.
- A general cleanup of code was performed to further improve performance and reliability.

To use Instant Updater to get the latest available BigSender system for your license, login as an administrator to your installation of BigSender and simply click the "update" button, or follow the update instructions provided below.
