Another Birthday – Now I Am Six... (05/26/1999)

I saw some books on my Dad's bookshelf and there's one with the title Now We Are Six by A.A. Milne. Have you heard of it? I said to my Dad, "Hey, that's the same age as me!" because I got to have another birthday in April.

We had a big celebration with some cousins and friends, my neighbor friend (his name is Neighbor Nicholas) and a bunch of grownups like my Mom and Dad, my Great Grandmother and Great Grandfather, my Uncle Bob and Aunt Deb, my Aunt Nancy, Aunt Taylor and Neighbor Nicholas' Mom and Dad.

This year, we did it at a McDonald's in La Crescenta that has a huge indoor playland so I could show all my friends how to do climbing and stuff.

Kindergarten is almost over and everyone at school is talking about what they're going to do over the summer. I'm going to PLAY every day and have FUN because, so far, that's my favorite thing to do.
