Downloading Files from your remote server
Click on a "download" icon in the table and, when prompted by your browser, choose "Save as..." then save the file on your local system.
Microsoft acknowledges a bug that prevents some versions of Internet Explorer from automatically prompting users to "save" and, instead, renders that file in your browser. Another IE bug fails to assign the correct name to the file you're downloading. A workaround is to right-click on the "download file" icon and choose "Save Link As..." and, when your save dialog box opens, assign the correct file name and click "OK."
Alternatively, you allow the file to render in your browser and, from the "File" pulldown menu in your browser, choose "Save As..." change the file name and click "OK."
If the "download" icon is dim, that file cannot be downloaded.
